Relationships can be a real challenge. Society seems to be self-imploding. Can we find solutions that don’t require people to compromise their well-being?
Unearthing the unresolved dilemma – Who is more important, me or you?
The web of relationships between people of different religions, races and nations; between those of parents and children, love life partners, friends and between humanity and its environment greatly impacts our quality of life and therefore our well-being.
If you asked someone if it was their carefully thought-out plans or their feelings, instincts and desires that tended to determine the outcome of their day; what do you think the answer would be?
Like many people, I think they would say that their feelings, desires and instincts determine their day because when active, they are more powerful and so often dictate how people behave and react to life.
It is unproductive to become frustrated with others or ourselves when negative feelings take charge and become a spoiler to having enjoyable, beneficial relationships. Investing in understanding what triggers such feelings (within ourselves and others), makes for better use of our time and energy. Having a deeper awareness of these matters enhances the ability to handle relationship issues with greater insight and positivity.
Material on this website (see monthly topics and courses) is designed to help people to do this. It will also help them develop the ability to deal positively with negative feelings, within themselves and those they have relations with, that make it hard for those relationships to be enjoyable and productive.
The goal of this website is to help people create more productive, enjoyable relationships for themselves and others without compromising or disadvantaging their own well-being.
If so, this is the place for you.
